Mike Presented with Buddy Holly Guitar |

One of the replicas of Buddy Holly’s original Gibson J-45 guitar, Tell Me How, has been presented to Mike.
Commissioned by the Buddy Holly Educational Foundation, each guitar named after one of Holly’s songs, honours internationally renowned artists. These Foundation ‘Ambassadors’ keep the guitar for two years before nominating a successor. Other Ambassadors include Phil Everly, Allan Clarke, Albert Lee, Hank Marvin and Marty Wilde.
18 of the replicas contain an original fret from Buddy’s J-45 and all have a hand-made outer leather cover identical to the one Buddy had himself for his first guitar.

Now Mike has finished Marty Wilde's Rock 'n' Roll Party tour, he's back in the studio with The Outlaws working on Rock 'n' Roll Daze Volume 2.
It will feature many of the rock 'n' roll classics that Mike and the guys feature in their live sets, plus some new songs that they hope to add to gigs.
